Mrs. Biles Sweet Potato Pudding

3 cups grated sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all together, cook in oven at 300 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
